The MovieWalks Venice Rialto walk takes you through the real-life film locations of some of the most iconic movies ever made. Casino Royale. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The Talented Mr. Ripley. Spider-Man: Far From Home — filmed at a replica Rialto Bridge built in London, so convincingly Venetian that even the gondolas were real.
Start at the Rialto Market, where Johnny Depp's stunt double leapt from a rooftop into a fruit stall — and where Depp himself stood at the edge of that same balcony and decided not to jump. Walk to the Bridge of Sighs, where Sean Connery and his co-star cruised past in From Russia with Love — without actually being in Venice. Their scenes were shot at Pinewood Studios.
Stop for a coffee at Caffè Florian, open since 1720. Casanova drank here. So did Hemingway, Grace Kelly, and Clint Eastwood. And Matt Damon, playing Tom Ripley, met Gwyneth Paltrow at one of its marble tables.
Then stand at San Marco Square — where Daniel Craig ran the wrong way to reach a bank that was actually a Longchamp store dressed up for Casino Royale, where Tom Hanks solved a riddle under a codename the crew kept secret (Headache, after Langdon's concussion), and where Roger Moore fell into the lagoon four times trying to make the Bondola work.
