These Terms & Conditions ("agreement") are a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "end user") and MovieMapp B.V. ("company", "we", or "us") (CoC 62062174 / VAT no. NL8546.24.892.B.01), the developer and owner of the MovieWalks mobile application (the "app").

By downloading, installing, or using the MovieWalks app, you:

• Confirm that you have read and understood this agreement;
• Confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement; and
• Accept the terms of this agreement and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app and must delete it from your device.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use the app on a mobile device you own or control for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Access in-app content and features (including walking routes and film location information) in accordance with this agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the app except as expressly permitted;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices;
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or transfer the app to third parties;
• Circumvent any protection or security systems in the app.

The app is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the app—including all intellectual property rights—remain with the company and copyright owners. You have no ownership rights to the app.

Note: Movie titles, character names, screenshots, clips, and other information that may be copyrighted are used for reference only.

We may collect limited data to improve your experience. This includes information about your device, usage patterns, and interactions with the app. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with the privacy policy. You may opt out of some forms of data collection without losing access to core app features.

The app may provide access to:

• Curated film-related walking tours;
• Optional in-app purchases for premium routes or features;
• Links to third-party websites or content.

Accessing or using third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms and policies.

We may offer updates, bug fixes, or enhancements at any time. These may be installed automatically, depending on your device settings. You agree that all updates are part of the app and subject to this agreement.

The app may include or link to third-party materials. We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality. Use of third-party content is at your own risk.

This agreement remains effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it by deleting the app. We may terminate it at any time if you breach any term or if we choose to discontinue the app.

Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you will cease;
• You must delete the app and all copies from your devices.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Losses such as data loss, device malfunction, or lost profits;
• Any amount exceeding what you paid for the app (if anything).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use or misuse of the app or your violation of this agreement.

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the rest will remain enforceable and effective.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts in Amsterdam unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.

This agreement, together with our privacy policy, represents the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the app.
