Where was Ted Lasso Season 4 filmed? Kansas City, Blue Springs and back to Richmond

Filming began in July 2025, with the cast and crew spotted at Kansas City's Country Club Plaza and inside Gates Bar-B-Q on Linwood and Main, among several other locations. The Country Club Plaza — Kansas City's historic Spanish-architecture shopping district, built in 1922 — was transformed for filming. The Jonny Was store on the Plaza was temporarily rebranded "Dazzle Me Moi" for production, with tents, lighting rigs and crew filling the surrounding streets. Gates Bar-B-Q — the legendary Kansas City institution on Linwood and Main, a genuine local institution since 1946 — also appeared in scenes.

In July, residents across the metro — specifically in Blue Springs and Lee's Summit — received word that both suburbs would be featured in the production. Warner Bros. filed special use permits for filming in both cities. In Blue Springs, residents watched some of the production from nearby, with Jason Sudeikis — a Kansas City native — greeting neighbours near the end of filming.

London has been the visual and emotional home of Ted Lasso since episode one — and season 4 brings the cameras back.

After wrapping Kansas City, the production moved to London, where filming continued into late 2025. Selhurst Park in south London (on Holmesdale Road) — the actual home of Crystal Palace, which served as the fictional AFC Richmond ground across all three previous seasons — returns as the show's most consistent visual anchor. Its stands, pitch and surrounding streets have been mapped and visited by fans since 2020. The trailer also confirms the return of the Crown & Anchor pub (The Prince's Head,, 28 The Green in Richmond) and the street where Ted lives (Paved Court in Richmond). Whether all of the familiar locations make it back remains to be seen on August 5.
