Escorted – an eight-episode, half-hour single-camera romantic comedy – was ordered to series by Prime Video on May 11, 2026. Goldstein stars, writes, executive produces and co-showruns alongside his Shrinking collaborator Brian Gallivan, under his Warner Bros. Television deal with Amazon MGM Studios co-producing.
The series follows a divorced dad in Manhattan who accidentally becomes a male escort in a story about sexual dynamics, keeping secrets, and whether real intimacy can ever be bought.
On July 22, 2026, Goldstein was spotted filming in Midtown Manhattan – suited up, holding a child's scooter, walking hand-in-hand with a young co-star through a bustling Midtown sidewalk. The image encapsulates the show's premise: a man somehow navigating parenthood and an unexpected second career.
On July 23, 2026, they filmed a scene with Brett Goldstein leaving an office building at 1330 6th Avenue, with – as it looks like – blood on his head.
Brett Goldstein and Alexandra Daddario were spotted filming a romantic scene in downtown New York City over the weekend of July 26-27. Set photographs showed them walking arm-in-arm and smiling at each other, along with images of them leaving a building together.
