Bridgerton season 5 is dressing up London and Bath

Bridgerton season 5 began shooting in late March 2026 and is expected to run for around eight months. The upcoming season follows Francesca Bridgerton, played by Hannah Dodd, and Michaela Stirling, played by Masali Baduza.
One of the first confirmed Season 5 filming spots is Goldsmiths' Hall in the City of London, where Claudia Jessie — who plays Eloise Bridgerton — was spotted leaving set in early April. Netflix went to considerable lengths to conceal the extras' costumes, but footage leaked showing a lavish ball scene being filmed inside the building. Goldsmiths' Hall is a spectacular choice. The Grade I listed building on Foster Lane, built in the 1830s, houses one of the finest collections of gold and silverware in the world. Its grand staterooms — the Livery Hall, the Drawing Room, the Court Room — look exactly as you'd imagine a Regency ballroom to look. Because they are.
A Bridgerton constant is Ranger's House in Greenwich. The red-brick Georgian villa on the edge of Greenwich Park has been the exterior of the Bridgerton family home since season one. Officially an English Heritage museum housing the extraordinary Wernher Collection — 700 works of art accumulated by a 19th-century diamond magnate — it has ivy added, wisteria draped across its facade, and production vehicles parked just out of shot.

They also been filming over the years in Bath at the Royal Crescent, the Holburne Museum, and the Assembly Rooms. Bath has been a Bridgerton staple since season one, with the Royal Crescent serving as the Featherington family home and the Assembly Rooms hosting some of the show's most iconic ball scenes, including the moment where Simon and Daphne first meet. The honey-coloured Georgian terraces photograph so naturally as Regency London that the crew kept returning — season after season — until the crowds became unmanageable. Season 4 quietly dropped Bath entirely, moving the street work to a two-acre replica backlot at Shepperton Studios in Surrey to avoid the fan chaos. Whether season 5 returns to the real city or continues with Shepperton remains officially unconfirmed. The show's official announcement confirms Bath as a season 5 location.
The new Bridgerton season arrives on Netflix in 2027.
