Albuquerque became the world of Wile E. Coyote: Where Coyote vs. Acme was filmed

The production transformed downtown Albuquerque into the film's corporate and legal world. Multiple streets were closed and dressed with fictional ACME-branded storefronts and cafés. The trailer's most immediately identifiable downtown sequence was filmed at 3rd Street and Central Avenue — where Porky Pig is hit by a construction wrecking ball in one of the film's most visually ambitious live-action/animation moments. The Library Bar & Grill, a popular local downtown establishment, is also visible in one of the wide shots from the same sequence.

The trailer shows a broadcast news clip shot outside the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court in downtown Albuquerque — its institutional exterior providing the civic authority a lawsuit against the world's most powerful corporation demands. Exterior news segments and courthouse setups were filmed around the building throughout the shoot.

The Downtown Inn on Central Avenue SW — located directly across from the famous Dog House Drive-In — was completely transformed into the fictional Prickly Pear Motel for the film. 

The ACME Corporation's headquarters may not be immediately recognisable to New Mexicans, but it appears to be the UNM Film & Digital Arts Building at Mesa del Sol — near the Netflix studios in Albuquerque's newest development district. Visual effects set extensions make the complex seem considerably larger than it actually is.

The second floor of the New Mexico Mutual Building served as the ACME legal offices. The National Hispanic Cultural Center provided interior and staircase shots for additional public building scenes. Production also used Lovelace Medical Center, an Audi dealership for ACME corporate settings, and the surrounding desert landscapes that connect the human world of Albuquerque to the terrain where the Road Runner has always run.
